Private Retirement Scheme Funds Allowed to Invest in Foreign Markets and Alternative Investment
The Edge Markets reported on Securities Commission Malaysia’s announcement that liberation measures are being introduced to enhance the PRS industry’s competitiveness. Also highlighted was the availability for PRS Members to make pre-retirement withdrawals for housing and healthcare purposes without tax penalty, as per announced in Budget 2020.
