Ms Ho Chai Huey was appointed as a Board Member of Private Pension Administrator Malaysia on 6 January 2025.

She is currently a Senior Consultant on IT and Project Management with STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) which provides IT consultancy service on IT strategic plans and digital transformation including technology risk management to STFR affiliated professional institutes in the financial sector.

An IT management professional with 38 years of experience, Ms. Ho started her career with Bank Negara Malaysia as an Information Technology (IT) Analyst in 1983 until she retired as an IT Director on 6 July 2016. She has held notable positions in the corporate world, including being appointed in the Board of HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad, where she led the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and member of Risk and Audit Committees. In addition to her current role, Ms. Ho serves on the Board of Cagamas Berhad, and is a member of the Risk Committee and Board Staff Compensation and Organisation Committee. She is also a board member of AEON Bank (M) Berhad, where she chairs the Board Risk Committee and sits on the Audit Committee, and Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Ms Ho graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Economics, Honours Class 1 Statistics in 1983.
